What the map represents
The point cloud samples the boundaries of cortical regions from the Schaefer 2018 atlas in standard MNI space. Its region labels use the Yeo seven-network classification. This is a group template, not a scan of my brain.
Why the fields overlap
Research associates creative idea generation, narrative comprehension and cognitive control with distributed, overlapping networks. Professions do not occupy isolated brain compartments.
The highlights are broad network illustrations selected to support this navigation concept. They are not measured activation maps for gaming, filmmaking or advertising. Lines and labels represent connections in my practice, not measured nerve pathways.
